How to reach EdgeStories: email for corrections, data questions and press, plus GitHub and Twitter.
EdgeStories is run by one person, Kaiyu Hsu, and every message is read by a human. There is no support desk, ticket queue, or chatbot in front of the inbox.

Corrections and right of reply
If you think a story gets something wrong, email with the story's URL and the claim in question. Corrections are made in the story itself with a dated note. Anyone named unflatteringly in a story is contacted before it runs, and their reply is included; if that was missed, write and it will be fixed.
Data requests
To unsubscribe or have your email address deleted, write from that address and it will be removed. Requests about aggregate datasets behind a story are welcome too — say which story and what you want to check.
